Since our establishment, Martin Leay Associates has been involved with over 150 projects ranging from individual houses to strategic planning and representations for Local Plan and Core Strategy documents.
Our clients vary from private individuals to large country Estates or commercial enterprises.
As well as providing environmental planning and landscape appraisal/design input to a range of development proposals, MLA regularly coordinates the production of Design and Access / Heritage Statements and draws together the input from such professionals as Architects, Landscape Designers, Ecologists, Planning Lawyers, Archaeologists, Engineers and Sustainability Specialists.
